Rick Salpietra graduated from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio, with honors. He studied architecture extensively throughout Europe through the Universita di Firenze in Florence, Italy, European Studies Program.

He is a California licensed architect and licensed general contractor.

He has designed homes in California, Florida, Indiana,
Ohio, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, Edmonton, Canada and Tokyo, Japan.
